Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of US-licensed nurses, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.
- Oversee patient care in acute settings (ER/OR), coordinating with healthcare providers for optimal outcomes.
- Mentor and train nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations, including documentation, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Participate in strategic planning to align nursing services with organizational goals.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and management, addressing concerns and implementing solutions.
Qualifications
- Active US RN license with 2+ years of acute care experience (ER/OR preferred).
- Proven 2+ years of leadership experience as a Nurse Team Leader or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations, protocols, and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Experience in mentoring and training nursing staff.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (assistance provided).
