Responsibility
- Process and administer US payroll cycles accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including tax withholdings, deductions, and garnishments.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on US payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in audits and year-end payroll processing.
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in US payroll processing.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP).
- Strong knowledge of US payroll tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in payroll (e.g., CPP, FPC) is a plus.
