Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage client communications, including emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical legal files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant information to assist attorneys in case preparation.
- Coordinate with court personnel, clients, and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth case management.
- Assist in the preparation of legal forms, pleadings, and other court documents as needed.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a legal setting, such as a law firm, corporate legal department, or legal services provider.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal software or case management systems.
