As part of our team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient packing and handling of aerospace materials, adhering to strict industry standards. No prior aerospace experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training to the right candidates.
Responsibility
- Accurately pick, pack, and label aerospace components and materials for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Follow strict quality control procedures to ensure zero defects in packaging.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to meet tight deadlines for domestic and international shipments.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Assist in loading/unloading deliveries and verifying shipment documentation.
- Report discrepancies or damages to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, packing, or material handling (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to lift 20-25 kg and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., inventory systems, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Forklift certification is a strong advantage (training provided if needed).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be available).
