Responsibility

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, identifying and qualifying leads.
  • Present and demonstrate Nezda Technologies’ products/services to prospects, addressing objections and closing sales.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through consistent outbound activity and pipeline management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to enhance sales pitches.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to share best practices and improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or B2B/B2C sales (1+ years preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to convert leads into paying customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
  • Prior experience in tech sales, SaaS, or digital services is a plus.
