Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and engage new potential customers in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and FMCG sectors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase coding-marking and inspection solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions based on client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position Hantech Jaya Mandiri as a market leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
