Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the Lotto Business in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders to drive product adoption and sales.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance, address client concerns, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to retail partners on product features, promotions, and compliance requirements.
  • Collect market intelligence, analyze competitor activities, and recommend actionable insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute local promotions, events, and campaigns to boost brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the gaming, lottery, or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
