Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the Lotto Business in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and partners to ensure long-term business success.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance, address client concerns, and identify new opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
- Train and support retail partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance with company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in field sales, preferably in the gaming, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and adjacent regions as required.
- Familiarity with the Lotto or gaming industry is a plus.
