Responsibility
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and assess patient conditions with precision.
- Provide basic and advanced life support (BLS/ALS) as required, including CPR, wound care, and oxygen administration.
- Safely transport patients to hospitals or medical facilities while monitoring vital signs.
- Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment, including defibrillators, stretchers, and communication devices.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed medical reports for healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with paramedics, nurses, and doctors to ensure seamless handover of patient information.
- Educate patients and bystanders on first aid and emergency procedures when necessary.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures to protect patients and team members.
Qualifications
- Valid EMT certification (e.g., NREMT, local equivalent) and up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in emergency medical services (EMS) or a related field.
- Proven ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, critical decisions.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift/move patients (50+ kg) with or without assistance.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Familiarity with emergency vehicle operation and local traffic/emergency response protocols.
- Clean driving record (if applicable) and willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
