Responsibility
- Provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their homes or day care centers, including help with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring clients follow dietary guidelines as prescribed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and uplifting environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to healthcare professionals or family members.
- Help clients with light household tasks, such as laundry, tidying, and maintaining a clean and safe living space.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, or community events as needed.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by nurses, therapists, or supervisors to ensure high-quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily logs and incident reports.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for helping others and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic understanding of hygiene, safety, and infection control practices (training provided).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Physical stamina to assist with lifting, transferring, or supporting clients with limited mobility.

- No formal certification required, but prior experience in caregiving, nursing, or community services is advantageous.
