Responsibility
- Lead and manage the daily operations of marketing kiosks in assigned locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all marketing activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on kiosk performance, sales metrics, and market insights to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, partners, and customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or retail management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and solve problems creatively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
