Responsibility
- Design, configure, and maintain marketing automation workflows using Unica Campaign and Unica Interact.
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Java to enhance marketing automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to align automation strategies with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Unica platforms and integrations.
- Optimize campaign performance through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document technical processes, workflows, and best practices for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in marketing automation and Unica platform updates.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Unica tools and functionalities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Unica Developer or similar role, with hands-on experience in Unica Campaign and Unica Interact.
- Strong proficiency in Java and scripting languages for custom solution development.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, data integration, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and web services for system integrations.
- Certification in Unica platforms is a plus.
