Responsibility
- Oversee and execute on-site installations of AI-powered smart building systems, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and timelines.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction with delivered solutions.
- Collaborate with AI and hardware engineers to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Manage project documentation, including installation reports, client feedback, and post-deployment support logs.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to source materials, schedule deliveries, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate compatibility with smart building technologies and recommend tailored solutions.
- Monitor system performance post-installation and proactively address maintenance or upgrade needs.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, IoT, and smart infrastructure to propose innovative improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in operations, project management, or technical support, preferably in smart building, IoT, or automation sectors.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand AI-driven systems, hardware integration, and IoT protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS), sensors, or automation tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to Singapore for training or meetings.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
