Responsibility
- Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver high-impact features.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure product success and iterate based on data insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and balance technical feasibility with business value.
- Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and launch plans.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep products ahead of the curve.
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs in product development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of product management experience in tech, SaaS, or digital products.
- Proven track record of launching successful products from ideation to scale.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to align diverse teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, or mobile development is a plus.
