Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize computer vision algorithms for object detection, image segmentation, and pattern recognition.
- Implement and fine-tune deep learning models (CNNs, Transformers, etc.) for real-time and high-accuracy applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable products and systems.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies to enhance existing models and workflows.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and deployment on edge devices or cloud platforms.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for training, validation, and testing of computer vision models.
- Document technical processes, architectures, and best practices for team alignment.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
- Experience with CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, or other deep learning architectures for vision tasks.
- Strong background in mathematics (linear algebra, calculus, statistics) and algorithm optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Experience with data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation for computer vision datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
