You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions tailored to client requirements. Responsibility
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions aligned with client business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop custom workflows, validation rules, and process automation using Salesforce tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder).
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for Salesforce adoption and optimization.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis as needed.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Document configurations, customizations, and integration processes for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Sales Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation of Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing settings.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and SOQL for custom development (optional but advantageous).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive mindset.
