Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of pension administrators to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the administration of UK occupational pension schemes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve complex pension queries and issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in pension administration.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and training to foster professional growth.
- Prepare and review pension-related reports and documentation for clients and regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on UK pension legislation and industry trends to ensure best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UK pension administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of UK pension regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
