Responsibility
- Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist with basic AWS cloud services management, including user access, storage solutions, and simple deployments under supervision.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports for senior staff and visiting clients.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed, optimizing cost efficiency.
- Provide first-level IT support for office software and hardware, escalating AWS-related issues to the technical team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis using Microsoft Office and AWS tools.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls, representing the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Basic understanding of AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, IAM) is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
