Responsibility
- Translate user needs and business goals into high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and developers to iterate on design features.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design decisions.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system, including style guides and component libraries.
- Participate in agile sprint planning and design reviews to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Analyze user feedback and site metrics to optimize existing user interfaces.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles across the organization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in end-to-end design processes.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and mobile-first principles.
- Experience working within an agile or scrum development methodology.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with engineering teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving requirements.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a significant advantage.
