Responsibility
- Develop comprehensive interior design documentation packages including detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for high-end residential projects
- Collaborate with lead architects and designers to translate conceptual designs into accurate construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software
- Ensure all documentation complies with international building codes, local regulations, and project-specific requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and maintain documentation accuracy throughout project lifecycle
- Produce and manage material schedules, finish selections, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) documentation
- Conduct quality control reviews of documentation sets to ensure consistency, completeness, and adherence to design intent
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to problem-solving for complex interior design challenges
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and project archives for all documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design documentation, preferably with a focus on high-end residential projects
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of construction documentation standards and building codes
- Experience working on international projects with knowledge of different regulatory environments
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) with ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior design documentation for residential projects
