Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and refine user requirements and design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve user experiences continuously.
- Create intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.
