Responsibility
- Develop and produce high-quality UGC (User-Generated Content) across platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Collaborate with brands to create authentic, engaging content that aligns with campaign goals.
- Build and maintain a strong personal brand to amplify content reach and credibility.
- Stay ahead of trends in digital content, social media algorithms, and audience preferences.
- Edit and optimize content for maximum engagement and performance metrics.
- Work closely with marketing teams to refine content strategies and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in UGC creation, social media content, or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-engagement content.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- Familiarity with SEO and social media best practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for trends in digital culture, memes, and viral content.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
