Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative content strategies to drive sales, engagement, and brand awareness across digital channels (social media, website, email, and ads).
- Write persuasive, high-converting copy for campaigns, product descriptions, and promotional materials tailored to target audiences.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to produce visually appealing and cohesive content (graphics, videos, infographics).
- Optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
- Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content, and emerging digital marketing tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets for campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in brainstorming and conceptualizing creative ideas for seasonal or product-specific campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing sales-driven or conversion-focused work.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or tech industries is advantageous but not required.
