Responsibility
- Develop and edit bilingual content (English and another language) for publications, websites, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with organizational goals and brand voice.
- Manage the publication process, including writing, proofreading, and coordinating with designers and printers.
- Create engaging narratives that inspire and connect with diverse audiences, particularly in faith-based and nonprofit sectors.
- Oversee content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials for campaigns and events.
- Translate and localize content to maintain cultural relevance and accuracy.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
- Support fundraising and donor engagement initiatives through impactful storytelling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian, Spanish).
- Proven experience in content creation, editing, and publication management.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
