Responsibility
- Safely transport and deliver TVs, appliances, and other electronics to customer locations in Bali.
- Inspect delivery items for damage or defects before and after transportation.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and setting up delivered products as required.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including customer signatures and condition reports.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while operating the delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in delivery driving, preferably for electronics or large appliances.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, especially in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 30-50 kg) with or without assistance.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
