Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily rail operations to ensure on-time performance and safety compliance.
- Assist in scheduling, dispatching, and tracking rail shipments and passenger services.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, engineering, and customer service, to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, incidents, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular inspections of rail infrastructure and equipment to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Provide real-time updates to stakeholders on operational status, delays, or disruptions.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role (rail industry experience is a plus).
