Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, documents, and personnel to various locations across Bali, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage and coordinate daily delivery schedules, collections, and pickups to support business operations and client needs.
- Assist with banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and financial document handling, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Provide sales support by delivering promotional materials, samples, or products to clients and partners, and gathering feedback to improve service.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, collections, and expenses, and submit reports to the operations team for review.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks, report any issues, and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels, verifying deliveries, and reporting discrepancies to the logistics team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by representing the company professionally during interactions with clients, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or SIM C) with a clean driving record and at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key business locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of logistics, inventory management, or business support processes is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling financial transactions, documents, or inventory records.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages or goods weighing up to 20 kg as needed.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations or unexpected challenges.
