Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the trucking fleet, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries.
- Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Coordinate with drivers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor fleet performance and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with local and national transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze reports on fleet performance, costs, and delivery metrics.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trucking or logistics operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards in Indonesia.
