Responsibility
- Safely transport company executives, clients, and staff to and from designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition, including regular cleaning, inspections, and coordinating routine maintenance.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations to ensure zero incidents.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge to avoid delays, considering traffic and weather conditions.
- Assist with loading and unloading of luggage, documents, or goods while ensuring their security and confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a courteous, discreet, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance for reporting purposes.
- Handle minor vehicle repairs or emergencies and report major issues to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record and at least 3 years of professional driving experience.
- Proven experience as a corporate chauffeur, executive driver, or in a similar role, preferably in a multinational or high-profile environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations (e.g., business districts, airports, hotels).
- Strong communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus) and the ability to interact professionally with diverse passengers.
- Impeccable time-management skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Physical fitness to handle luggage or goods and perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Discretion, trustworthiness, and a high level of integrity to handle confidential information and high-profile passengers.
- Familiarity with luxury or executive vehicles is an advantage.
