Responsibility
- Safely transport the Director and other executives to and from designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections, including checking oil, tires, brakes, and other critical components to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the assigned vehicle, both interior and exterior, at all times.
- Plan and optimize routes to avoid traffic delays, ensuring punctuality for all appointments and meetings.
- Assist with minor vehicle maintenance tasks and coordinate with service providers for major repairs or servicing.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, including assisting with luggage, documents, or other needs of passengers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a private or executive driver.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- In-depth knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
- Strong defensive driving skills and a commitment to passenger safety.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality regarding company and passenger information.
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends, as required by the Director’s schedule.
