As a Mitra Driver (Partner Driver), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods using our Big Mama Truck Trailers. Your expertise in handling heavy vehicles and adhering to safety protocols will be key to our operational success.
This is a contract-based position offering a monthly salary range of IDR 4,000,000 to IDR 4,500,000, along with opportunities for long-term collaboration. If you are a reliable, detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving, we want to hear from you!
Responsibility
- Operate and maneuver Big Mama Truck Trailers safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic regulations.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods to designated locations across Bali and surrounding areas.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to verify mechanical soundness and report any issues.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, fuel consumption, and delivery records as per company policies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper loading/unloading procedures and secure cargo handling.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any logistical challenges.
- Follow route plans and adjust as needed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Uphold professional conduct and represent Repex Wahana with integrity in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Valid SIM B2 (General Driver’s License) for heavy vehicles (mandatory).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience driving truck trailers or similar large vehicles.
- Proven track record of safe driving with no major traffic violations or accidents.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and delivery routes is a plus.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform minor troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
