Responsibility
- Oversee daily cash management, liquidity forecasting, and fund transfers to ensure optimal financial operations.
- Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Monitor and analyze interest rates, currency fluctuations, and market trends to optimize investment strategies.
- Lead the preparation of financial reports, including cash flow statements, for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with banking partners to negotiate terms, secure credit facilities, and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including tax and reporting requirements.
- Manage foreign exchange transactions and hedging activities to minimize exposure to currency risks.
- Mentor and train junior treasury staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in liquidity management, financial risk assessment, and investment strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and ERP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, banking systems, and tax compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to prepare reports and presentations in both languages.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
