Responsibility
- Process and manage all payment transactions, including checks and electronic transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify and approve disbursement requests.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports related to treasury activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all financial transactions.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Resolve discrepancies and issues related to payments and disbursements.
- Collaborate with external financial institutions and vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of financial transactions and banking procedures.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
