Responsibility
- Complete a structured 12-month training program across multiple banking divisions, including retail, corporate, and digital banking.
- Assist in daily banking operations, customer service, and financial product development under supervisor guidance.
- Analyze market trends, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic business recommendations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to solve real-world business challenges.

Qualifications
