Responsibility
- Oversee and update OD (Overdraft) Usage tracking to ensure compliance with company policies and banking agreements.
- Perform daily reconciliation of autodebit transactions for utilities (PLN, PDAM) and other recurring payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Monitor and maintain Outstanding RBAL (Running Balance) records, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
- Coordinate with Accounting (Acc) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams to process and track WP (Working Capital) Loans, ensuring proper documentation and disbursement.
- Manage bank administration tasks, including account openings, closures, and signature updates, while maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.
- Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management, highlighting cash flow trends, liquidity positions, and risk exposures.
- Implement and improve internal controls for treasury operations to mitigate financial risks and enhance efficiency.
- Assist in forecasting cash requirements and optimizing idle funds through short-term investments or intercompany transfers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of banking operations, reconciliation processes, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) with strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and banking compliance is highly advantageous.
