Responsibility
- Manage daily cash and check deposits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Monitor and reconcile collections from various payment channels.
- Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other disbursements.
- Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on cash flow and disbursement activities.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly.
- Assist in forecasting cash requirements and optimizing liquidity management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury, disbursement, or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
