Responsibility
- Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
- Monitor and track accounts receivable aging, following up on overdue payments.
- Send professional bill reminders and statements to clients via email or phone.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date financial records in the companyâs ERP system.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle client inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account statuses with a customer-centric approach.
- Assist in filing and organizing financial documentation for audits and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, general accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with GAAP or other accounting principles is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or already based in Bali, Indonesia.
