Responsibility
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate taxes, and other statutory requirements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
