Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to department heads.
- Lead internal audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast revenue, manage expenses, and optimize cash flow.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax.
- Train and mentor finance staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial supervision, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a multicultural setting.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
