Responsibility
- Provide in-home nursing care to dialysis patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering treatments.
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, medication management, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment during home visits.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Travel to patient homes across Bali, managing time and logistics efficiently.
- Stay updated on best practices in dialysis care and home healthcare.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia or eligibility to practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in dialysis or home care.
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment and treatment administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs.

- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours.
