Responsibility

- Offer expert advice on travel requirements, including visa regulations, health and safety guidelines, and destination-specific information.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, promotions, and new destinations to provide accurate and valuable recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolution.
- Collaborate with travel partners, such as hotels, airlines, and tour operators, to secure the best deals and services for clients.
- Prepare and present detailed travel proposals, including cost estimates, itineraries, and travel documents.
- Stay organized by managing client records, bookings, and follow-ups using company systems and tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the travel, hospitality, or customer service industry, with a strong understanding of travel planning and logistics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients of all ages, including seniors.
- In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations, itinerary planning, and travel requirements.
