Responsibility
- Conduct thorough audits of travel-related expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the operations department, including data entry, report generation, and documentation management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and verify financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of budget reports and cost analyses for travel and operational expenditures.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval and reference.
- Process and track travel requests, invoices, and reimbursements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve administrative workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and confidential manner, adhering to data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, finance, or audit-related role.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to identify and resolve discrepancies.
