Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily transportation schedules to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Liaise with drivers, clients, and vendors to resolve logistics-related issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Optimize delivery routes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and minimize environmental impact.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping records, invoices, and compliance reports.
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts with carriers and service providers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to align inventory levels with transportation capacity and demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software (e.g., TMS, ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with Indonesian transportation regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
