Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison between international clients and internal operations teams for export shipments
- Process and coordinate export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
- Track shipments in real-time using industry-leading logistics software and provide proactive updates to clients
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to shipping schedules, documentation requirements, and delivery status
- Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Prepare and present regular reports on export activities, service levels, and customer feedback
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency in export processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Indonesian and international trade regulations
