Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (bills of lading, invoices, customs forms) in compliance with international regulations.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to resolve logistics-related inquiries and issues.
- Track shipments using logistics software and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management and space utilization.
- Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for logistics activities to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade laws, including customs clearance procedures.
- Generate reports on logistics performance and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Strong knowledge of incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with logistics ERP software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or nearby areas).
