Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and luggage handling to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Monitor and manage transport schedules, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to resolve logistical or service-related issues promptly.
- Promote brand awareness by representing Causeway Link with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Handle emergency situations (e.g., delays, medical incidents) with composure and efficiency.
- Collect and report passenger feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality, tourism, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or transportation roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with Bali’s transportation network and tourist hotspots is preferred.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist passengers as needed.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and communication purposes.
