Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily inbound logistics operations, including receiving, unloading, and storing goods.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to optimize storage and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all inbound operations.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments, documentation, or inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on inbound activities.
- Implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inbound logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
