Responsibility
- Lead and manage transfer pricing engagements for multinational clients, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies, policies, and documentation to optimize tax efficiency.
- Conduct benchmarking analyses and economic studies to support transfer pricing positions.
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including master files and local files, in accordance with OECD guidelines.
- Provide advisory services on intercompany transactions, including financing, intellectual property, and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and finance, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay updated on global transfer pricing trends, regulations, and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transfer pricing, tax advisory, or a related field, preferably within a Big 4 or multinational consulting firm.
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing principles, OECD guidelines, and local tax regulations.
- Proven experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation, economic analyses, and benchmarking studies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, international environment.
