Responsibility
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Perform general ledger (GL) entries and maintain up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and intercompany transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, and journal adjustments.
- Generate financial reports using SAP and other accounting software, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Support audit preparations by compiling necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Stay updated with local tax regulations and ensure compliance in all financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems; certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
