Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Monitor and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights to support business decisions.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support tax filings and ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the agricultural or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification such as CPA or CA is a plus.
